Sub Goal bar styled off the super uber bar from SSX3. To install, paste the download link in the browser and choose theme to use it on. Alternatively, you can copy and paste the HTML/CSS/JS/CustomFields manually into streamlabs. After you have done that, add it to your scene in streamlabs OBS software under Subscriber Goal Widget.
